The weeks and months leading up to our project, there are a few things :
ANSWER & SUBMIT YOUR Design Questionnaire
Your Design Questionnaire is sent via HoneyBook. Please make sure to answer any questions to the best of your ability.
CREATE A Pinterest Board
Pin websites, images, color palettes, and typography. Choose pins that are close to your vision and business style. We will discuss these during our Discovery Session.
GathER IMAGES AND COPY FOR YOUR NEW DESIGN
Please review your proposal for examples of the pages we will be working on.
About your Images: I suggest resizing your original sized images to 3500px on the long edge to make the uploading process faster. Original sized files are also accepted but will take longer to upload. The DPI resolution does not matter but you can set 72 if it's necessary to set. The color profile should be sRGB.
About your Copy: Provide either .docx or .pdf files with your copy/text. Please have these ready one week before our start date.
SchedULE our Discovery Session
Two weeks before our project start date, I will send you a reminder two weeks before our start date to schedule a video call to go over every detail of our project, discuss your business, and the goals for this project!

TIME TO GET STARTED
Here’s a brief summary of what to expect once we being the design phase.
WEBSITE HOMEPAGE PREVIEW
During the first week I will develop your new homepage preview by using the same design elements we have created for your amazing new brand. This will be presented on a PDF and it will help you visualize the elements ad style of your new website.
Developing full website
Based on your feedback we will be working on revisions for your homepage layout I will start to develop and create the rest of the pages for your new site.
Keep in mind that you will be able to preview and review these pages as well!
preparing for launch!
Once your new site design has been developed, you will receive your preview link to allow you to review your new website, information pages, galleries, and provide feedback.
Once I receive your feedback, we will revise your website, and pages to make sure we have everything ready before we launch.

After our time together, we will celebrate your new brand and website launch!
YOUR FILES
You will receive via email your own training video to show you how to update your new website and how to effectively blog!
